Today is a full moon and more specifically, it's the Worm Moon! Sounds weird, right?
In some Native American traditions, the worm moon is seen as a time of renewal and rebirth, as the earth begins to thaw and the worms return to the soil, bringing nutrients and vitality to the land. It is also associated with the start of spring and the awakening of new life after the cold winter months.
