Although to the South there is a rather ugly reclamation yard, to the North there is a lovely view form here over the fields to Winstead Church - indeed this is one of the few places from which the side of the church is visible.Like several of the nearby churches it is now some distance from the village it serves, sitting in a field in splendid isolation.
EDIT. This cache was placed in Winter and the above is certainly true then. In Summer, however, the church may be obscured by the leaves on the trees surrounding it. Apologies.
