Welcome to our first hide! It was nearly 65 degrees today in the second week of March so we just had to get out!
Per feedback from our FTF, we've increased the terrain rating due to the poor conditions of the road into the parking area and steep terrain on the hike in.
If it's been wet or it's spring, you'll probably want a high-clearance vehicle to get to the trailhead as the road in can be very muddy. You'll have to get creative to get across the ravine but there's a fairly obvious path down on the left side of the trail just before the ravine. Once you get to GZ the hide should be fairly obvious.
This is a simple traditional cache located near the Black River Falls.
