This is a "Devious Micro Cache" which can be found at the Ending of Route 14, that is depending which direction you are coming from, No need of Bending over or Stretching upward, It is Eye Level that is if your eyes are 5ft off the ground surface, bring your own Pen and may need Tweezer, Now dont you get twisted up or off patth if you happen to see a Sign that says "RT14 -END" you be wasting your time, im sure there may be another sign.
*There is section on the Log for FTF
*There is safe pulloff to park wright before the cache location.
( May be best, drive up Access Rd to Harley Davidson Dealer, turn around come back to cahe location, pull off to right just before cache )
NOTE: During hours 9am-10am & 5:30pm-6:30pm may endure more traffic in area due to Opening and Closing of Harley Business, Mondays this business is Closed.

*Length 59 mile
*Stretches from Spencer WV to Williamstown WV
*Passes thru WV Counties of: Roane,Wirt & Wood
*In Spencer WV Rt14 is attached to US33
*In Williamstown WV Rt14 is attached to I-77

*1924 to 1927 RT14 had been Blacktoped entirely.
*1938 WVDOH requested replacing all of WV RT14 with a Unspecified U.S. Route Number, but was not granted.
*Early 1950's northern RT14 was rerouted to go further south replacing Old US21.
*1950's RT14 was removed from Market St in Spencer WV.
*1971 RT14 was extended north replacing US21 thru Parkersburg WV to Williamstown WV.
*1996 RT14 was turned into a Multilane thru Parkersburg WV to Vienna WV
*1990 to 2007 RT14 went under constrution from Elizabeth WV toward Parkersburg WV (it was moved and done away with Horseshoe Curve)
