The 3-digit code for the lock to the tool door door shouldn't be that hard to figure out for this area. And comparing that number to the 3 symbols on the tool door may give you a partial Rosetta Stone to decipher the symbol values.
Some of you might be able to figure out the value of the symbols just by looking at all of them and looking for patterns.
The name of the cache might help you determine what to do with the tool to find the 4-digit combination to the cache door on the right
