Once upon a time this was a "Long Slippery Slope" and its name was that because it was. Since then the location has undergone a big upgrade in the 1evel 0f 5ervice and the slope is now home to 105 stairs... much easier than crawling up the slope clinging to the fence.
No longer do you need to reach over the fence.
