Well, we made it up the hill to Tycoon Otto's Small cache, and of course we could see a perfectly good trail below us that we probably should have used to get up! It's always the way. But we didn't waste time looking for the top of that trail, so we just started zigzagging our way down the hillside hoping to run into it. How we came up was steep, and it turns out getting down the "right" side was also steep. This seemed like a good spot for a rest if you're on your way up.
Doubt this trail is maintained in winter, but if it is, then the cache is available. BYOP
