This collection of caches has nothing to do with the Church Micro series in the UK. Given that the Australian 2016 census indicates that No Religion and Jedi Knight are the fastest increasing classifications of the optional religion question "What is the person's religion?" it is not surprising that there is surfeit of empty churches that have been repurposed.
Kingston South East. This small stone hall illustrates the early development of Kingston’s social organisations. It was built as a Rechabite Hall Temperance Lodge, although the date is uncertain. The Temperance movement was very strong in South Australia from the mid nineteenth century. The building later became the Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes (RAOB) Hall, and for a time was the Salvation Army citadel. Many different community groups have met and held functions in the hall.
