Whinge Traditional Cache

We love living in this part of the world. I’m not going to provoke a debate by saying that it’s the BEST place … but it’s the best for us.
However … one irritation that is repeated numerous times (in our experience) that’s not appreciated is the number of poorly-planned car parks. Frustrating in such recently-placed facilities. It appears (to my admittedly untrained eye) that considerations of traffic flow seem to have taken second place to creating car parking spaces, with the result that bottlenecks for ingress or egress have been built into the design. The car parks in the major “under cover” centres seem to move traffic around with reasonable efficiency. And not all “outside” car parks suffer from the malady … Harrington Park shops, for example, works quite well. The carpark close to this cache’s location is one of several that does not.
Which is how this cache came about. We have not used the carpark for several years now, though there are outlets here that we visit regularly. At the time of placement, the land opposite the cache is not built on. Which means it’s been easier (by far) to park along here and walk the short distance, than to hazard the frustrating routes around the car park.
Of course, with further development, our little parking refuge may disappear. But the inadequate carpark will not.
So this little cache’s protest will continue to be relevant.                                                                                                                                            Clue: Don't look for the cache. It's not in view. Look for the wire that supports it.                                                                                                            Also ... You can park adjacent to GZ, if there's a spce (usually there is), but there is no footpath on this side of the street. Littlies and pets best left in car, I think.
