I particularly like the municipal hall with its dome under which is the burgomaster's office (Belgians don't have mayors) but I've never had the pleasure of visiting it.
It is a 19th century building designed by Jean-Baptiste Janssens. Since 1995 the building is listed as protected immovable heritage of the Department of Monuments and Landscapes of the Brussels-Capital Region.

S'il-vous-plaît soyez prudent le fil de fer, il est un peu délicat. Veillez à bien remettre le capuchon de sorte à former un sceau hermétique.
J'aime particulièrement la maison communale de Molenbeek et son dôme qui abrite le bureau du bourgmestre même si je n'ai pas encore eu le plaisir de pouvoir y entrer.
On doit ce bâtiment de la fin du 19e siècle à l'architecte Jean-Baptiste Janssens. Le bâtiment fait partie de l'inventaire du patrimoine architectural de la région de Bruxelles-Capitale depuis 1995.
