This is a fast grab at a place that separates the "Haves' & Have Nots'".
"What?" you ask.
This is a weir under a small bridge that controls the water in our canals.
When this cache was placed, the upper canals were almost at their full water level. However, the lower canals were almost three feet below their normal level. The weir was closed as well as the bypass was shut off which kept water from flowing.
There is a Cape Coral Earth Cache that explains what weirs are and how they work. GC8N20W Weir in Cape Coral
The actual cache container is hidden in a typical spot. There is a dead-end street section on each side. Bring a pen/pencil.

Congratulations to scout1950 on FTF!
