Sunset Event - Palm Mar Event Cache

Blue Switch Day , 2 Mei 2000 , was de dag dat de GPS technologie werd vrijgegeven voor publiek gebruik .  De introductie hiervan veranderde de wereld kompleet , en onze levensstijl . Eén dag erna, op 3 Mei ,werd de eerste geocache verstopt .

Rond 20u00 eindigt onze CITO en begint het event.

Laat ons deze dag samen, 24 jaar later, vieren met een mooie zonsondergang en voor de liefhebbers een drankje (op eigen kosten) in de Chiringuito beach bar! Zie additional waypoint.

El Blue Switch Day, el 2 de mayo de 2000, fue el día en que se lanzó la tecnología GPS para uso público. La introducción de esto cambió por completo el mundo y nuestro estilo de vida. Un día después, el 3 de mayo, se ocultó el primer geocaché.

Nuestro CITO termina alrededor de las 8:00 PM y comienza el evento.
¡Celebremos juntos este día, 24 años después, con una preciosa puesta de sol y para los aficionados una copa (por cuenta propia) en el chiringuito Chiringuito! Ver punto de referencia adicional.

Blue Switch Day, May 2, 2000, was the day GPS technology was released for public use. The introduction of this completely changed the world and our lifestyle. One day later, on May 3, the first geocache was hidden.

Our CITO ends around 8:00 PM and the event begins.
