Someone actually comes here to hunt? I can't tell if the tree blind nearby is abandoned or not.
This is Number 8 in a series of 15 kayak caches. The entire loop is about 5.6 miles, which does not factor in the wind, waves, or drift. Please take this into account. Coords should be fairly accurate, but some may be a few feet off. They will mostly be similar in size, about the size of a large water bottle, but there are a few micros and ammo cans along the way.
Please note the 2 parking/launch areas. For larger groups, I recommend launch 2, as there's a lot more parking. For smaller adventures, Launch 1 will be fine. All 15 caches are accessible from either launch, it just depends how you want to attack. Launch 1 is in the creek and shaded, launch 2 is in an open area on the lake.
This is a windy lake, so please be prepared! Always wear your life jacket, and bring lots to drink. Most caches have a pen, but as noted above, some cannot hold a pen. So bring one.
