To hike, or not to hike?
Meet and greet at the Irish Run Natural Bridge which is around the 1.3-mile marker off the Archers Fork Trial if you are parking at the posted parking coordinates. The Great Cave is located around 0.55-miles from the trailhead before the Irish Run Natural Bridge.
The parking lot for the trail is found beside St. Patrick's Cemetery and can accommodate approximately six vehicles. If you are interested in hiking with the group, we will gather at the parking area at 1:00pm and leave for Irish Run Natural Bridge at 1:10pm sharp. We will stop at the Great Cave before ending at the Irish Run Natural Bridge where the event will be held from 1:45pm to 2:15pm.
Come prepared with hiking boots, hiking sticks, bug spray, water, etc.
After the Irish Run Natural Bridge, you may continue down the Archers Fork Trial, which is a loop of approximately 14.5 miles, or return to the parking area.
