This bus hub was officially opened on on the 20th of March, 2019. Prior to the final decision to build it there was the normal resistance to the change from buses going through the Octagan. Yes, it is a bit further to walk to get to the shops on George St and it is somewhat exposed to the weather, on the other hand it is easier for people who need to change buses. It is also close to two supermarkets so if you have time to kill before your bus then you can easily pop in to get some groceries.
As these toilets were constructed along with the bus hub they would have officially been opened on the same day as the bus hub.
At the given coordinates you should find yourself under shelter and facing the toilet building with the exeloo brand name. There will be a door to your right and one to the left, with a locked service room door between the units. A little to the left there is a group of bike racks. Again, on your left towards the intersection you will find WP2 where you will be able to get information for "A".
The outside of the building, the front is decorated with spaced verticle red wood. I must admit that I didn't make a close inspection to see if they were actually wood and not something synthetic, but they give a timbered appearance. I didn't look at the side or back.
These toilets are available 24/7 and get a lot of use. I've used them in the past and have sometimes found them rather smelly but today the right hand unit which was the only one I entered was neat and tidy with no mal odour. You have to slide open the door which a 5 year old might find a bit difficukt because of the amount of force needed. Once inside you slide the door to close it and for privacy you press the red lit up button that is to the rigt when facing the door from the interior. You will then be informed that you have 10 minutes of use before the door will unlock. at nine minutes you will have a warning given so there is no need to panic until then if you haven't finished your business.
At the corner just past the lock the door button you will see the sanitary disposal unit and above this there is a coat hook. Around the corner is a mirror and next to this is, attached to the wall and floor is the stainless steel loo and cistern with a white plastic seat for the loo. There is no flush button. A sign on the wall above the stainless explains that to glush your depoist away you can wash your hands, or vacate the cubicle. On the side wall to the left of the seated position is a hand rail in the shape of a reversed L. Above the horizontal part of this hand rail there is a stainless steel panelwith a slit in the middle where you can see what the supply situation is for the loo paper. Two large rolls can lurk there. At the bottom there is an opening where you can access the paper. Next comes the hand washing station that is activated remotely. From left to right you have liquid soap, water, hot air drier. The next side is decorated by another coat hook.
The walls are lined with white tiles, the floor has larger grey tiles.
To exit press, the formly red button which should now be green and that will unlock the cubicle. Now slide the door and go an your merry, l way with a lighter feeling.

Parking for anything larger than a motorbike during regular working hours at the final can be tight. Once you have the coordinates worked out you will see that it is reasonably walkable but could eat into valuable time.
