先土器時代から平安時代にかけての遺産が数多く発見されている山梨古墳文化の発祥地、曽根丘陵地帯。
曽根丘陵公園は、古代文化に触れられる博物館や古墳群、緑あふれる庭園や遊具広場等学んで遊べる施設が盛り沢山です。
※付属の駐車場は午前8:00~午後17:15以外は閉鎖しますのでご注意ください
勾玉広場は丘陵の最上部にあり、すぐ下には遊具広場や屋外ステージがあり休日には家族連れで賑わっています。また周辺には古墳時代の東山南遺跡、方形周溝遺跡群である上の平遺跡が広がっています。

The Sone Hills area is the birthplace of the Yamanashi Kofun culture, where many artifacts from the Preceramic to Heian periods have been discovered.
Sone Hillside Park has many facilities for learning and playing, including a museum where visitors can experience ancient culture, a group of ancient tombs, a garden overflowing with greenery, and a playground.
Please note that the attached parking lot will be closed except for 8:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
The Magatama Square is located at the top of the hill and is crowded with families on holidays, with a playground and outdoor stage just below. In the vicinity are the Higashiyama-Minami Ruins, which date back to the Kofun period, and the UeNoDaira Ruins, a group of square peri-ditch ruins.
