E street is the main road that goes straight through Washougal. It is the main way of getting from one end of town to the other. This cache is first that will a part of a series of caches that will go all up and down E street and take you various locations of note. The best place to park to get this cache will probably be somewhere on 26th or 27th streeet. Beware of muggles and happy caching!
