Early for your ferry connection? Why don't you stop at the pull out and get this quick park n grab cache.
The cache is a small lock n lock. It is tucked in and under along the first row of exposed rip rap. Look about 3 feet Northeast from an imaginary line drawn between the utility pole and the guy wire anchor. You can triangulate a distance of 3 1/2 feet from the guy wire anchor to the cache. Lift the stone and search.
