The cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates and it is not necessary to visit the place to get the final coordinates. However, you can admire one of the original windmills there.
A windmill is a machine for harnessing the energy of the wind by means of sails mounted on a rotating shaft. Their most important traditional use was grinding grain, and in some areas drainage of the land and pumping water were equally important.
The use of windmills became increasingly widespread in Europe (especially in the Netherlands) from the 12th century to the early 19th century, but then slowly declined. Interest in windmills for electricity generation was renewed in the 1970s.
In terms of the number of windmills, the island of Crete was probably the leader. Due to its places with fertile soil, extensive irrigation was sufficient to achieve a rich harvest. The use of wind on Crete was a logical choice. It was probably the Arabs who successfully introduced windmills on the island.

There were about 6 000 windmills in operation on the Lassithi Plateau, each with sails sized to pump just the right amount of water into the reservoirs.
Technical introduction
A pump driven by a windmill is used to draw water from underground. The power of the windmill must be at least equal to the power demand of the pump.
The following is a bit of mathematics regarding the water pump and the main part of the windmill, the wind turbine.
Water pump

Wind turbine
Interestingly, the power of a wind turbine increases with the cube of the wind speed, so when the speed doubles, the power increases eight times (2^3), expressed mathematically:

How to find the final coordinates
Let the windmill have a diameter of D=3.5 m. The wind blows on the mill at a constant speed v=18 km/h. It provides Pa power, which is used to drive a pump with a transport height H=10 m.
Using the above formulas and values, calculate the time T to fill the entire reservoir with internal dimensions of 5 m x 3 m x 4 m. Then enter the time T in hours, rounded to the nearest whole number, into Certitude checker. This will give you the final coordinates and a hint.
Just in case, a local cacher will provide maintenance assistance.
