The Arthurs Seat Eagle is a gondola lift operated from the base station in Dromana to the summit of Arthurs Seat in the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria, Australia. Construction commenced in October 2015 and was completed on 5 September 2016 for $20 million. The lift officially opened on 3 December 2016.
The original Arthurs Seat chairlift was built by Czech engineer Dr Vladimir Hayek and opened in December 1960.
After almost 50 years of operation, it was closed and decommissioned in 2006 following a series of accidents, including a pylon collapse, a carriage collision in which an elderly woman was injured, and a mechanical failure that led to eight people being trapped,
The new Eagle has been built an Austrian company.
It starts at the same place as the old lift, at the bottom of Arthurs Seat Road, and follows the same ascent.

THE CACHE:
You are looking for a 200ml black magnetic box hidden at the base station of the eagle. This area can get VERY busy especially during the extremely busy summer season so please pick your time to search for this with care so you're not spotted by muggles! I would recommend searching before it opens or after it closes, it will be much quieter in the colder months plus it is closed on Wednesdays during that time so this might be the best time to hunt! This container has high strength magnets holding it in place so it may be a little hard to get out of its hiding spot, please make sure it gets put back in EXACTLY the same spot so it's not seen by any passing muggles.
