E street is the main road that goes straight through Washougal. It is the main way of getting from one end of town to the other. This cache is the third part of a series of caches that go all up and down E street and take you various locations of note. The best place to park to get this cache will probably be somewhere on 18th street on the opposite side of the road. Please be kind to the parking lots near by and don't park there as most places on this road have limited parking. Beware of muggles and happy caching!
