Wola to prężnie rozwijająca się dzielnica Warszawy.
Spacerując jej ulicami można zwrócić uwagę na stare kamienice pamiętające czasy wojen kontrastujące z nowoczesnymi blokami i wieżowcami pokazującymi dynamiczny rozwój miasta.
Ja natomiast chciałbym zwrócić Waszą uwagę na to co ozdabia coraz więcej budynków na Woli: Murale.
Na początkowych koordynatach tego kesza znajduje się wyjątkowy mural zatytułowany "Domek". Jego autorem jest Tytus Brzozowski, architekta i akwarelisty zafascynowany Warszawą.
Tematyka jest ściśle związana z historią i architekturą warszawskiej Woli, a projekt powstał specjalnie dla tego budynku i idealnie wkomponowuje się w jego strukturę. Projekt ma również charakter ekologiczny, gdyż wykonany został przy użyciu farby antysmogowej, mającej oczyszczać powietrze neutralizując tlenki azotu i zmniejszając zanieczyszczenie formaldehydem.
Wielkoformatowa praca o powierzchni 375 metrów kwadratowych zdobi trzy ściany przedwojennego budynku. Artysta przedstawił barwne sceny z życia dawnej i współczesnej Woli oraz jednocześnie pokazał przemianę, którą przeszła dzielnica w ostatniej dekadzie.
Mural przedstawia charakterystyczne dla tej części Warszawy budynki - "wolskie rotundy", czyli dawne zbiorniki na gaz, zbudowany w stylu gotyku nadwiślańskiego Kościół św. Stanisława czy w końcu ulokowane wokół Ronda Daszyńskiego wieżowce, których bryły wyraźnie odznaczają się na tle panoramy Warszawy.
Elewacja tego budynku ma ogromny dobroczynny wpływ na oddziaływanie na środowisko. Artyści namalowali go niemal w całości farbą antysmogową, która użyta na tak dużej powierzchni oczyszcza powietrze z siłą około 400 drzew.

Walking along its streets, you can pay attention to old tenement houses which remember the times of wars, contrasting with modern apartment buildings and skyscrapers showing the dynamic development of the city.
I, on the other hand, would like to draw your attention to what decorates more and more buildings in Wola: the Murals.
At the initial coordinates of this cache there is a unique mural titled "The Cottage". Its author is Tytus Brzozowski, an architect and watercolorist fascinated by Warsaw.
The subject matter is closely related to the history and architecture of Warsaw's Wola district, and the design was created especially for this building and fits in perfectly with its structure. The design is also ecological in nature, as it was made using anti-smog paint, which is supposed to purify the air by neutralising nitrogen oxides and reducing formaldehyde pollution.
The large-format work with an area of 375 square metres decorates three walls of the pre-war building. The artist presented colourful scenes from the life of old and contemporary Wola and at the same time showed the transformation that the district has undergone in the last decade.
The mural shows buildings characteristic of this part of Warsaw - "Wola rotundas", i.e. former gas tanks, the Church of St. Stanislaus built in the Gothic style on the Vistula River and finally the skyscrapers located around Rondo Daszyńskiego, whose shapes clearly stand out against the background of the Warsaw panorama.
The elevation of this building has a huge beneficial effect on the impact on the environment. The artists painted it almost entirely with anti-smog paint, which, when used on such a large surface, purifies the air with the force of about 400 trees.
