A smallish (bring your own pen) camouflaged cache hiding in plain view. High muggle area, stealth required. And bring a pen!
BACKGROUND
This cache has been hiding in a more deeply concealed location nearby for the last 9 years. Safe from the Muggle glance but unfortunately hard to access without requiring embarrassing contortions Which of course attract the attention of the aforementioned Muggles! Recently it disappeared and I assumed it was lost. So it was archived. But then it was rediscovered, hiding in this new spot, which paradoxically, by virtue of being more accessible, is safer. So I have decided to follow its decision and republished.
BE WARNED! There is a (presumably) Malicious Muggle who delights in interfering with this cache. It should be easily accessible. If you find you are reaching too high, that is wrong and there is a better spot below!
