This is a challenge cache. The cache is at the posted coordinates. Cache hunters are welcome to sign the log at any time but cannot log this as a find until they complete the challenge.
This challenge cache is about the American Civil War which raged from 1861 to 1865. You may chose one of two paths to complete this challenge.
- The Blue: Find at least one cache in each of the 26 states that sided with the Union: Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Oregon, Nevada, and California.
- The Gray: Find at least one cache in each of the eleven states that was part of the Confederacy. This includes Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, Alabama, Mississippi, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas.
I completed both paths. Please use the following challenge checker to verify your qualifications. If you do not currently qualify, you may sign the log at any time and post a note on the cache page. If you are NOT qualified and FTF is still available, do not sign on the FTF line but write a Note log to record that you signed it. Once you qualify, you can claim the find.
