I've been asked several times over the years to explain my username. Contrary to popular belief, it's in reference to my youth baseball days. Some think it's just the plural of Allstar while others think I'm a big fan of mules. My name has also created some misunderstandings in the past when caching with those unfamilar with America's Pasttime (the Germans especially). While my username doesn't apply much to me today, this puzzle pays tribute to some of my heroes.
