Between July 23, 2012 and June 17, 2013 CharlieRona placed 120 micro caches around the Pine Lake area. The area was remote, green and a great place to hide micro caches. Before the archival of the caches almost 150 cachers found the micros.
Returning to the area finds the roads south of Highway 42 are no longer remote, green and a great place to hide caches. Civilization has come to Pine Lake with permanent and vacation houses everywhere.
The area north of Highway 42, is still somewhat remote so caches have been placed along the trail as an ode to the Pine Lake Micro Trail.
Even though there is not a lot of traffic on these roads, please be courteous and pull all the way over so that other cars can pass. And last but not least, please re-hide the cache exactly as you found it so that the next cacher can enjoy the Ode too.
