A Grate Cache Indeed!

I had a caching friend back in Pennsylvania that had a dozen of these caches in his home town. They were a bit different and fun to grab because many needed stealth due to the locations.  This one should be fairly easy to grab in this very open walking park.  This is a little tribute to him and his vast amount of hides...
