A meet at an iconic memorial for the Desert Rats, 7th Armoured Division. The memorial it self is Mark IV Cromwell Tank on the plinth is a replica of "Little Audrey” 5 Able, "B" Squadron, 1st Royal Tank Regiment. It also has a Virtual war memorial War Memorial #7 ~ Desert Rats GC890XP and theres more there is also a trail called Little Audrey's Trail GCAP49E so plenty to see and do here.
We can have a chat all things geocaching and/or War Memorial Series, whether thats long or short depends upon the weather.
The War Memorial series is a national themed series of geocaches placed close to War Memorials which started on 1st July 2014 and on 1st July 2018 they started doing unofficial badges for whoever finds a War Memorial cache or attends a WM event every year on its birthday, This year marks the 10th anniversary of the series.
