Once upon a time, the Lake Enchantment area had mostly camps. Gradually, more and more year-round homes were built. There's a little lake, if you want to call it that. we called Mud Lake because it probably was 3 feet deep at best and the bottom just muck and mud. I had relatives and friends there and used to walk the old trainbed to Morgan Creek. where I caught lots of Brookies, but most were 6 3/4" and it seemed they never got bigger the next year.
Further down is Lake Enchantment,, all private so don't try to go there. The cache is not on private property but discretion and stealth might be a good idea by parking on the north side of the cul de sac. It's pretty much a park and grab.
