Geocache Description:

The Oak Ridge Town Park is a very pleasant way to spend a summer evening, just as we did while hiding this cache. The park provides nature trails in the woods, roads to walk around on, and a small, but beautiful lake. This cache is found off the sidewalk and near a line of bushes. After placing the cache, we found a cottontail rabbit nearby, inspiring the name.

In the summer of 2024, my friend and I (logannm12 and NickOnFire) hid a collection of geocaches with the goal of enjoying the outdoors and getting outside more. Our caches challenge people to get out and do something in nature, as each cache presents a fun and unique opportunity to experience what nature has to offer; not only in the summertime but anytime.
