Welcome to the Geocaching Summer Olympics!
This series of puzzle caches will test your mental agility, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of all things Olympics. Each cache in this series will focus on a different Olympic sport, reflecting the unique aspects of each event.
Each geocache is a park and grab, and the final is an ammo container found using information given with each completed cache. The caches can be completed and found in any order, but you will need to solve all of them before you can find the final.
This first cache to kick things off is based on the Summer Olympics overall and involves knowledge of the more popular sports featured in the games. The crossword puzzle contains all of the letters you need to solve the puzzle, however they are scrambled and jumbled.
To solve, sort the letters into proper words. Then, you will use the highlighted letters to form a phrase. This phrase will yield a keyword which you will then type into Certitude and receive your coordinates to the first cache. I have included a blank crossword for your convenience.
