Tired after your day of geocaching? Just need to take a break?
Perhaps just in need of a visit to the "19th hole facilities" after one-too-many refreshemnts?
Then here is the Cache For You!
The sport practiced here is So Much like Geocaching Itself - Here is practiced the art of (in this case after whacking a small, dimpled ball with a stick) wandering aimlessly through acres of grass, manicured or rough, sand and trees, up and down hills, in pursuit of an unseen (from afar) spot, all while trying to avoid traps, briars, water hazards, and the occasional stray squirrel that's determined to make you day a living . . . well, I digress.
It's a sport where your biggest opponent isn't necessarily other players, but rather your own ability to maintain your sanity after repeatedly missing the little hidden spot at the end of your walk after possibly trekking hundreds of yards and finally being able to use your pencil to record your achievement so others may know that you have accomplished and completed it.
It's the perfect blend of frustration, serenity, and the eternal quest for the perfect ending, A FIND!
