Westmoreland Fayette, Old Trails, Cache to Eagle #1
A Scout is Trustworthy
This is the first cache in a new series called “Cache to Eagle” which highlights Eagle Service Projects by youth from the Westmoreland Fayette Council.
The Eagle Project by a Scout from Smithfield Troop 681 involved upgrading and repairing a pavilion and building a bridge over a creek at a local elementary school. For safety reasons, the location of the actual cache has been placed near the Smithfield Volunteer Fire Department. The SVFD is the charter organization of Boy Scout Troop 681.
Scouting provides a tremendous number of service hours to the community each year.
To find this cache, you'll have to visit an area where hero's lie. You'll first need a tool found nearby. You will find it on a man-made eye. Once the tool is in hand, locate the home of the itsy bitsy spider and use the tool to find the cache. If you find yourself knee deep in woods, you've gone too far.
