[RO] Cutia a fost pusă cu ocazia eventului GeoDino Quest XVI şi face parte din geoartul DINO

Ştiaţi că: Cele mai vechi roci descoperite pe teritoriul geoparcului au o vechime estimată la circa 600 milioane de ani, fiind localizate pe Vârful Poienii (pe lângă care o să trecem la finalul traseului tematic). Ȋn comparaţie, granitul de Retezat, care formează vestitul munte sau Tărâmul magic cu ochi albaştrii, cum mai este el denumit, are o vechime estimată la 350 milioane de ani. Cele mai vechi roci sedimenare descoperite au o vechime de circa 250 milioane de ani şi ele mai păstrează încă fosile de plante.

Did you know that: The oldest rocks discovered on the territory of the geopark, have an estimated age of about 600 million years, being located on Poienii Peak (which we will pass at the end of the thematic route). In comparison, the granite of Retezat, which forms the famous mountain or the magical land with blue eyes, as it is also called, is estimated to be 350 million years old. The oldest sedimentary rocks discovered are about 250 million years old and they still preserve plant fossils.
