A series that will not only introduce you to some of the dog parks around the mornington peninsula but we will also be sharing some fun facts and information about a different breed of dog for every cache in the series! Although they are numbered they don't have to be done in order. As most people would know all of the previous dogs tails have been tested and rated by Ebony and Calypso but sadly Ebony has crossed the rainbow bridge 😢 so we now have a brand new park tester, introducing... Freyja! Gnome5580s new pup! Freyja is a cross between a Poodle and an Airedale which makes her an Airedoodle! Freyja takes her new role as geodog very seriously 😉 Calypso and Freyja will be giving each dog park a score of 1 to 5 paws depending on how much they approve of this park! 🐶 we hope you enjoy this series as much as Freyja and Calypso had testing each of these parks out 😉 and on that note here is their opinion of this park:
SHOWERS ROAD RESERVE:
This reserve is not exactly a dog park but it is a good place for the doggos of Cerberus to run around and have some fun. There is plenty of space, bbqs, seating, toilets, water, bins and a little playground for the geokids. Caly and Freyja rate this park 3/5 paws. The "dog" we are using for this park isn't exactly a real dog...
Cerberus:
In Greek mythology, Cerberus (or Kérberos), often referred to as the hound of Hades, is a multi-headed dog that guards the gates of the underworld to prevent the dead from leaving. He was the offspring of the monsters Echidna and Typhon, and was usually described as having three heads, a serpent for a tail, and snakes protruding from his body. Cerberus is primarily known for his capture by Heracles, the last of Heracles' twelve labours.
