To get a college degree you need to spend a lot of time hitting the books. I (Dad of team RalphE) sure did. I went to SUNY Fredonia for my bachelors degree and Buffalo State College (now University) for my masters degree. They were realatively close together but had a lot of differences with one being in a college town and the other an urban setting. Once you find this cache (which probably shouldn't be too hard) you are going to need a code to get to the log book. To get the code you need to figure out one difference between SUNY Freonia and Buffalo State University. Check the hint for a clue and if you are still not able to figure it out DM us.
Please note: To both lock and relock the cache the correct code must be in place. Please reset to 000 only after you have set the lock. If you turn to 000 before setting the lock it will not lock.
