Mill Creek @ State Street
I found some caches along Mill Creek up in the Canyon and some others in the city where part of the creek is piped and flows underground. I thought it would be interesting to mark the route of the creek to the Jordan river. This cache marks the spot where the creek flows under State Street and flows in a concrete channel.
With a few exceptions, Mill Creek in South Salt Lake City flows in an straight urbanized channel like here. There is nothing natural about the creek here.
The cache is a yogurt bottle. It contains a Ribizli made metal bookmark for FTF.
Bonus question: Why is that big gate there? Is it to launch aircraft carriers to the creek?
