This will be my first hide. I have planned a series based on places I have worked in the area, where my first husband worked and where my current husband worked. All locations will be in Whitfield and Murray counties.
My first husband brought us to the area after finishing his PhD in mathematics. He worked at the local college until his medical retirement because of a terminal illness. The local college was his only workplace in the area.
The waypoint/reference point given takes you to the sign near the park that points you in the direction of the college and the cache. You will cross the park in this direction to a light pole near the cache. You are looking "four" a small grouping of trees. The container is at the base of this grouping.
The terrain is mostly wheelchair and stroller accessible except for the last bit into the tree line.
I constructed the container and welcome positive comments or suggestions on possible ways to improve for next time. Negative comments not needed!
