Geocache Description:

Spam and I were chosen to host a 2025 Community Celebration Event, in celebration of the 25 anniversary of geocaching. And we have chosen Harrison Bay State Park to host this event. We also decided to host our event today, May 4th, or otherwise known as "Star Wars Day". This event is in cooperation with geocachingcentral.com, for their OPERATION SCI-FI cache hide event.

This event will be from 14:00 to 16:00, at Picnic Shelter #1. We plan to have a cookout, with all foods provided. Just bring your appetite. We will have a sci-fi trivia contest, with a nice prize to the winner.

This is totally optional, but we are asking everyone to dress up as your favorite Sci-Fi character. We will have a nice prize for the best dressed.

This Event is part of a limited release of Community Celebration Events to celebrate 25 years of geocaching. Geocachers hosted events between January 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. Learn more about Community Celebration Events on the Geocaching Blog.
