FIGHT the POWER Mystery Cache

^{Welcome to a puzzle/mystery cache.  The listed coordinates are a parking location on a public street.  The FINAL location of the container is within three blocks of the parking.  in order to find the coordinates of the FINAL location you will need to solve a very difficult math problem which is what gives this geocache a Difficulty rating of 4.5    Once you solve the math problem, the Terrain rating is only a 1.0 which means people in wheel chairs will be able to retrieve the cache container which is located at ground level.}
