National Toasted Marshmallow Day is celebrated on August 30th and is sponsored by the National Confectioners Association. It's a day to celebrate the simple pleasures of life and the joy that marshmallows bring to people. Toasted marshmallows are a quintessential fireside treat that are especially popular on summer evenings around a bonfire.
