MACPool has incredible Green credentials...The entire building is heated by their own biomass boiler system using locally sourced fuels. All the power comes from their 115 solar panels. They have electric vehicles charging points and a free water refill point too.
Located in Lochgilphead, in the heart of Argyll, a great place to stop if you are en route to Campbeltown, Oban or the Islands. Perfectly situated next to the Crinan canal, so easy to get to if you are sailing, cycling or walking from Ardrishaig to Crinan.
Geocache is a magnetic micro so you will need your own pen. It is hidden away from high traffic areas within view of the biomass boiler.
