霧多布岬は標高40～60mのテーブル型の霧多布半島の東側に位置し、太平洋に突き出した霧多布岬の周辺には展望台やキャンプ場があり、いこいの広場として最適です。展望台から約3km先にはアザラシのいる帆掛岩、浜中湾越しに奔幌戸（ポンポロト）、貰人（モウライト）の絶壁、海岸線等を楽しむことができます。また、霧多布岬の先端に立つ湯沸岬灯台は、平成28年9月30日に一般社団法人日本ロマンチスト協会より『恋する灯台』として認定されました。

Cape Kiritappu is located on the eastern side of the table-shaped Kiritappu Peninsula at an elevation of 40-60 m. Cape Kiritappu juts out into the Pacific Ocean and has an observatory and campground around it, making it an ideal place for relaxation. About 3 km from the observatory, you can see Hogake Iwa with seals, the cliffs of Pomporoto and Kurarito over Hamanaka Bay, and the coastline. Also, Cape Yubutomisaki Lighthouse, which stands at the tip of Cape Kiritappu, was certified as a “Lighthouse in Love” by the Japan Romantics Association on September 30, 2008.
