Eyre Bird Observatory (Eyre Telegraph Station)  and Gluepot Conservation Reserve are connected like family as Both of these areas are important to Australia under BIRDLIFE AUSTRALIA . The locations operate with Rangers and Volunteers who stay at Eyre Bird Observatory for up to 3 months and at the Gluepot volunteers may stay for weeks up to a few months. Volunteers are caretakers who help care in both different areas they do studies they Bird watch, counting, tagging and records other animals in area too.  Flora and fauna study of plants are recorded, and studies are done recorded for Birdlife Australia.  Both locations are recording weather information for Bureau of Meterology daily. In the areas they also have location where you can go on bush walking trails and walks that are all sign posted for your visit to nature, you can learn from the areas.
