The coordinates take you to a sign, from there you will need to gather the needed information to solve for the final coordinates.

A = How many letters in the 2nd word, on the 1st line?
B = How many letters in 2nd word, on the 2nd line?
C = How many letters of the first name of second owner?
D = How many letters of 1st word, last line?
E = Add the first two number of address together.
F = How many numbers are there in the address?

The cache only has a log, please bring something to sign the log.

NOTE: Make sure to sign the cache logbook, as online "Found It" logs without a corresponding entry in the logbook will be deleted.
