Solve for ABC. Take the three numbers after the phone number's area code to the Meridian Parks and Recreation department. Call that XYZ.
ABC = XYZ+89. North checksum A+B+C = 15
DEF = The year Meridian Township was established - 1357. West checksum D+E+F = 17
