🌳 THE TREE 🌳
The Tree is one of the only living beings, alongside humans, that stands upright. Its verticality is not just a posture; it is a quest for light. Rooted in the earth, it rises toward the sky, connecting the terrestrial world and the cosmos. Like us, it is a bridge between matter and the Grand Whole.
Stand up straight. Align your body with The Tree's. Feel your feet rooted in the ground and your head turned toward the sky. You share with it this force of balance between the earth and the universe.
The Tree draws its stability from its roots deeply anchored in the earth. It is thanks to this grounding that it can grow and rise toward the light. Similarly, we can reconnect to the earth to find our own balance. The Tree teaches us that strength and stability come from our ability to remain grounded in the earth.
Take off your shoes and feel the earth beneath your bare feet. Take a moment to feel the direct connection with the ground, as if invisible roots were linking you to the earth. Walking barefoot allows the body to reconnect to the earth through a slight electric current. Under The Tree, this practice can have health benefits. And you, are you grounded enough, like The Tree, in your daily life?
The Tree is as much cosmic as it is terrestrial. Stretching toward the sky, it captures the energy of the sun and the stars, modulated by subtle rhythms like those of the moon. 99.8% of The Tree's mass comes from the sky: from the air, the water, and the light. Connected in its verticality to the cosmos, with an elevated consciousness, The Tree reminds us that we too are connected to the universe. It is a living bridge between the earth and the sky, absorbing the invisible to transform it into life.
Lie on the ground, under this tree, and look at the sky through its branches. Let yourself be carried by the idea that you, like this tree, are connected to both the earth and the cosmos. Become aware of this deep connection with the universe.
The Tree does not live in isolation. It is in constant interaction with its environment, sharing its resources with other trees and living beings. Through its roots, it weaves invisible connections with its neighbors, exchanging nutrients and information. The Tree teaches us that true strength lies in collaboration, in sharing with the living world around us.
Raise your head. Listen to and observe the birds in The Tree's branches. They are not mere visitors: their songs stimulate tree growth, and their presence contributes to the fertilization of the forest. This Tree is in partnership with the birds, just as it collaborates with other trees through its roots. How can you, too, strengthen the bonds around you?
