From 1961 to 2009, this area was home to Tama Tech, a motorsports-themed amusement park. It is a sister facility to Suzuka Circuit and Twin Ring Motegi, and is characterized by its many go-kart attractions.
Although you can't look inside, you can see the remnants of those days on an aerial photo map.
