This is a Letterbox cache. Inside the cammoed lock-n-lock you will find a logbook for Geocachers to sign, and a stamp and inkpad for Letterboxers - please do not remove the stamp equipment as it is not for trade.
I got to this area and the view was so good I just had to leave a cache behind.
You could probably get there in a 2wd vehicle but I would recommend a 4 wheel drive of some sort when out in the back country.
