The cache is location on the Mill Creek Greenway trail. I parked at Salway park. (39.163272, -84.523513). I would suggest doing these caches during daylight hours.
At the posted coordinate you will find a sign with info on Camp Washingtion and clues to the final. On the other side of the sign is info on the Greenway trail for geoache GCB025G. (There are two field puzzles originating here.)

The final is located at N39 09.A3Z W84 3Q.RYZ
